Any professional consulting services are governed by separate written agreements covering scope, deliverables, payment, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property, and engagement-specific warranties and liability.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed by the other and to use it only for the purposes of the business relationship. Specific terms are addressed in separate agreements.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THIS WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as specified in any applicable separate agreement.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining Terms will remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nebulous LLC regarding the Services.

17. Force Majeure

Nebulous LLC is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.

18. Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
